My grandmother used to do this to me whenever I felt bad. To this day, I always make this recipe in advance and save it for later

Ingredients:

°8 lemons, cut into slices
°Half a serving of ginger root, cut into coarse cubes
°1/2 cup of honey
°1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar
°water

Instructions:

  1. Add ingredients to slow cooker.
  2. Fill slow cooker with water up to top rim.
  3. Gently stirring mixture to blend all ingredients.
  4. Set the slow cooker to a low heat and cover it with a lid.
  5. Simmer for 4-6 hours, or until the flavors blend.
  6. After required soaking time has elapsed, carefully strain mixture through a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth to removing any solids.
  7. Transfering filtered liquid to a clean container, such as a jar or bottle.
  8. Allow the treatment to cool to room temperature before refrigerating.
    When you experience unwell, take a small quantity of the treatment and blend it with heat water to make a calming drink.

Drink this mix as had to assist soothe signs and symptoms and offer relief.
