Taco rice

Perfect for kids! Super cheap and filling meal that can feed quite a bit of people.
Brown 1 pound ground beef and drain.
Add taco seasoning packet, 2 cups water, 2 cups Minute rice. Stir.
Bring to a boil. Cover. Turn stove to lowest setting. Let sit covered 5 minutes.
Put in bowl on top of crushed Doritos or tortilla chips, top with nacho cheese. or serve as a dip with the chips on the side. Eat as is or top with your favorite taco toppings.
