- Melt the Chocolate: Use a double boiler (or a microwave) to melt the chocolate. Stir occasionally until smooth.
- Form the Clusters: On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, drop spoonfuls of the chocolate-peanut mixture to form small clusters.
- Add Peanuts: Once the chocolate is melted, add the roasted peanuts to the chocolate. Stir until all peanuts are well coated.
- Let it Set: Allow the clusters to cool and harden. You can place them in the refrigerator for about 15-20 minutes to speed up the process.
