1 can sweetened condensed milk (approximately 397g)

1 tsp vanilla extract

200-300g melted chocolate

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix the coconut with the condensed milk and vanilla extract until you get a firm mixture.
  2. Shape the mixture into small logs (like in the picture).
  3. Refrigerate for 30 minutes until firm.
  4. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or microwave.
  5. Dip the logs in the chocolate and place them on parchment paper.
  6. Drizzle chocolate over the tops.
  7. Return them to the refrigerator until the chocolate hardens.
