Soft and Fluffy Vanilla Loaf Cake

All you need is a few simple ingredients to put together a yummy meal!

Ingredients:

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup sugar (200g)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup vegetable oil (120 ml)
  • ½ cup milk (120 ml)
  • 1½ cups all-purpose flour (180g)
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch (optional, makes it lighter)
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 170°C (340°F). Grease and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.

  3. Gradually add the oil and milk while mixing gently.
  4. In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, cornstarch, and salt.

  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 35–45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
